Shipping policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 5 to 11 business days, wherever you are. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. Carrier delays or bad weather can sometimes add a few days.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you cannot find this email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address as long as the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or if it says "delivered" but you have not received your package, email us and we will help. If the package is lost, we will send a replacement or a refund.
